You should also check out Gist (www.gist.com). It works with Outlook as well as Gmail and any other web-based information source (LinkedIn, etc.) combining your contacts with news about them.

Great post, Ashish. Thanks! Far too little time is spent blogging about something that we all use (for hours) every day, but that has changed so little in 15 years: Email. It’s especially hard to use for groups.

(shameless plug ahead) My company is trying to do it’s part to advance to Email 2.0, check our new SmartMessage Center (released today) if you have a chance!
